The Laurel Museum is located at 817 Main Street, Laurel, Maryland. From I-95 north or south, take the MD Route 216-Laurel exit. At the third traffic light (Main Street) turn right. The Museum is located on the right at the end of the next block, at the intersection of 9th St. & Main St.
Parking is free and available on 9th and Main Streets. There is a handicapped parking space located in front of the Museum.

The Laurel Historical Society, a nonprofit, volunteer-based organization, operates the Laurel Museum, which includes a museum shop selling items relating to Laurel, Prince George’s County, and Maryland state history.
Select items from the Museum Shop are available for purchase online.
The museum’s John Calder Brennan Library is open to researchers by appointment. The library features an extensive collection of catalogued articles, photographs, and collections relating to the history of Laurel.
